Reprographics
Terry Rodkey is the manager of GANCOM® Reprographics Services and is responsible for all employees, equipment, work processes, procedures, estimating, and customer service. With more than 40 years of experience in business administration, accounting, and customer service, he holds an associate in arts degree in business administration from Harrisburg Area Community College.
Suzanne Beshore serves as GANCOM's production manager, handling the production schedule and purchasing of supplies. With more than 19 years of copy experience, she also worked as a customer service representative.
Cindi Roarabaugh brings more than 14 years of experience to her customer service position. She processes work orders, prices and estimates jobs, and handles faxing at the counter to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
Trina D'Agostino is a customer service representative with more than 20 years of experience. With a background in customer service, record keeping, and office accounting, Trina takes print orders, produces estimates for print jobs, tracks copier usage, and processes accounts.
Deb Michalski serves as GANCOM’s sales and marketing representative. She is responsible for marketing digital, offset printing, and mail services to businesses in Central Pennsylvania. Deb has more than 10 years of print sales experience and is a Pennsylvania State University graduate with a bachelor of business administration in marketing.
Spring Davis, GANCOM's administrative assistant has been with our firm for 15 years. In this position, she oversees the accounting functions of GANCOM and prepares all client invoices. She holds a bachelor of science in accounting from Albright College.
Graphic Design
Jim Marshall, GANCOM's graphics manager, brings more than 17 years of graphic arts and education experience to this position. He oversees the graphics production and design services for our firm and our clients, and holds a bachelor of science in secondary communicational arts from Shippensburg University.
Judy Weir, is GANCOM's web and multimedia manager, with more than eight years of experience. Judy is responsible for creating and maintaining select client Web sites, merging custom interface designs with database and application architecture, and using expert HTML, JavaScript, and Active Server Pages (ASP) and Java Server Pages (JSP) to create dynamic, interactive, and highly attractive Web sites.
Ellen Siddons brings nearly 40 years of photography experience to her position as photographic specialist. During this time, she has gained extensive knowledge working with art directors, graphic designers, and clients, taking photos for catalogs, brochures, and Web sites. She holds a bachelor of science in interior design from Drexel University.
